Reflective of the values of parent company Johnson & Johnson, this ecologically sensitive master plan provides for 800,000 square feet of corporate expansion. The plan was driven by the site analysis and location of suitable soils for stormwater infiltration and recharge. Designed as a series of linked best management practices, the stormwater management plan became a model for New Jersey DEP’s new regulations for pollutant removal and groundwater infiltration. Complete landscape architectural design services were also provided.
