Capital Health System Expansion Hopewell Township, NJ
Currently headquartered in Trenton, Capital Health System is on the verge of a major expansion and relocation to a new 166-acre site at the intersection of I-95 and Scotch Road. The program calls for a state of the art 320-bed hospital and medical office building.
Project scope includes land development and agency approvals associated with the general development plan and final site plan, as well as the stormwater management planning and landscape architectural design for the entire site.
The project, which recently won general development and site plan final approval from Hopewell Township, will be designed with LEED certification in mind.
