Windrows at Princeton Forrestal Plainsboro, NJ

Master planning, site design and approvals, landscape architectural design and construction observations services were provided for this upscale life care community with 1,000 residents. Design included a community medical center, village green, a park and recreation center, healing garden, butterfly garden, exercise trail, native planting, and wildflower meadows.

Using remnants of mature evergreens from the original nursery site, windrows (rows of cut vegetation) were used to organize the layout for neighborhoods and circulation, creating the outdoor equivalent of rooms.
