Town Center at the Navy Yard Philadelphia, PA
This streetscape master plan for a 10-block area within Philadelphia’s Navy Yard Historic District is part of the initial urban design improvements planned to realize the vision of adaptive reuse for this portion of the Delaware River waterfront. Currently under construction, improvements include new streets, infrastructure, all utilities, lighting, sidewalks, decorative crosswalks, landscape and site furnishings. The project also includes the 2.38-acre League Island Park on Constitution Avenue.
