The project program entailed improving vehicular and pedestrian circulation, incorporating service areas, and upgrading landscape plantings at the historic Nittany Lion Inn, Kern Graduate Commons, Fischer Road, and the new Nittany Parking Deck on campus. Ballinger was the architect.
