Lewis School Relocation Master Plan Hopewell, NJ
The goal for development of this 84-acre farm site is the creation of a campus master plan that employs ecological principles and a landscape that promotes the multi-sensory learning environment that is integral to the school’s mission. The construction of this private school for up to 200 students with learning differences will be LEED certified, residential in scale, and maintain the agricultural character of the region.
In addition to master planning and landscape architectural design, Wells Appel is charged with doing the environmental assessment, preparing data for zoning and community buy-in, and obtaining all regulatory agency approvals.
